Sous l’égide et dans les locaux du Secrétariat Général de la Jeunesse du Gouvernement catalan, la FECRIS a tenu son colloque les 12 et 13 mai 2002 à Barcelone, sur le thème « Sectes et Enfants – Prévention ».
L’organisation de cette rencontre était remarquablement assurée par l’association A.I.S., membre catalane.
Ce fut l’occasion pour les 43 associations représentant 28 pays du réseau FECRIS de participer aux débats animés par 17 conférenciers internationaux spécialistes du sujet.
Les débats ont porté essentiellement sur les effets des agissements sectaires sur la santé physique et mentale des enfants et adolescents, la réinsertion sociale, les méthodes et outils pédagogiques de prévention et la protection des enfants sur le plan du droit civil et pénal.
Ces deux journées ont débuté par une réception de bienvenue au Parlement de Catalogne par son président, Monsieur Joan Rigol i Roig et se sont terminées par une conférence de presse en présence de Madame Rosa Maria Pujol i Galobart, Secrétaire générale du Secrétariat Général à la Jeunesse du Département de la Présidence du Gouvernement de la Catalogne.
La FECRIS les remercie encore chaleureusement de leur accueil et de leur aide.

FECRIS held its conference "Sects and Children – Prevention" on May 12 and 13, 2002 in Barcelona, under the aegis and in the offices of the General Secretariat of Youth of the Catalan Government.
The excellent organisation of this meeting was assured by the Catalan FECRIS member association, A.I.S.
On this occasion, 43 associations representing 28 countries of the FECRIS network, had the opportunity of taking part in debates animated by 17 international specialists.
The debates mainly centred on the effects of undue influence by cults on the physical and mental health of children and teenagers, social rehabilitation, methods and teaching aids of prevention and protection of children in the field of civil and penal law.
These two days were launched by a welcome reception at the Catalonian Parliament by its President, Mr Joan Rigol i Roig, and ended in a press conference in the presence of Mrs Rosa Maria Pujol i Galobart, Secretary General of the General Secretariat of Youth of the Department of the Presidency of Catalonia.
FECRIS thanks them once again for this excellent reception and their precious assistance.

FECRIS hielt ihre Konferenz "Sekten und Kinder - Vorbeugung" am 12. und 13. Mai 2002 in Barcelona unter der Schirmherrschaft und in den Räumen des Generalsekretariates für die Jugend der katalanischen Regierung ab.
Die ausgezeichnete Organisation dieses Treffens wurde durch A.I.S., die katalanische Mitgliedorganisation der FECRIS, sichergestellt.
Aus diesem Anlaß hatten 43 Vereinigungen aus 28 Ländern des FECRIS-Netzwerks die Gelegenheit, an den Diskussionen teilzunehmen, die von 17 internationalen Spezialisten angeregt wurden.
Die Diskussionen handelten hauptsächlich von den Auswirkungen ungebührlicher Einflüsse durch Kulte auf die physische und psychische Gesundheit von Kindern und Jugendlichen, von der sozialen Rehabilitation, den Methoden und des Lehrens von Hilfen für die Vorbeugung und den Schutz von Kindern auf dem Gebiet des Zivil- und Strafrechts.
Diese beiden Tage wurden von einem Empfang im katalanischen Parlament durch seinen Präsidenten, Herrn Joan Rigol i Roig, eingeleitet und durch eine Pressekonferenz in Gegenwart von Frau Rosa Maria Pujol i Galobart, der Generalsekretärin des Generalsekretariates für die Jugend des Departements der Präsidentschaft von Katalonien beendet.
FECRIS dankt nochmals für diesen ausgezeichneten Empfang und ihre wertvolle Unterstützung.
